Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in complaint case bearing No. 39 dated 01.08.2016, under Sections 138 & 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court and face trial and will move an application for grant of fresh bail to him.
