(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.333 dated 25.08.2017 under Sections 141, 148, 149, 186, 188, 183, 332, 353, 307, 452, 511, 506, 120, 121, 121-A, 122 & 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, registered at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 14.06.2018, petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court, paid the costs and is released on bail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rishi Pal, has not disputed the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.06.2018 is made absolute.
