(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 10 as they have entered into matrimony against the wishes of private respondents.

No representation has been made to the Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of, with liberty file a fresh petition with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
