RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents No. 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against respondents No.6, for illegally encroaching upon the Panchayat land of village Peoda, District Kaithal and for registration of a criminal case against her.

Heard.

The police has nothing to do with the subject matter of this case. The proper course for the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Collector of the district where the alleged Panchayat land falls to get redressal of his grievance, inasmuch, as the police authorities cannot function as executive machinery.

Dismissed.
