(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing the orders dated 13.07.2016 and 30.08.2016 {Annexure P-4 (Colly)} passed by learned JMIC, Ludhiana, in Criminal Complaint No.37638 dated 17.10.2013 titled "Jaswinder Kaur v. Vicky and others", declaring the petitioners as proclaimed offenders. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners were never effectively served through ordinary process or through bailable/non-bailable warrants. The impugned orders passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, declaring them proclaimed offenders are patently illegal. More so, no specific order has been passed to declare petitioner No.2 as proclaimed offender. Heard.

No ground for quashing the impugned orders is made out. However, petitioner are directed to appear before the trial Court on the date Ravinder Singh 2017.07.17 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document already fixed i.e. 25.07.2017 and they shall be released on bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial
