The 3 petitioners claim to be proprietors/cultivators of land of Village Kundla, Tehsil Bapoli, District Panipat. The grievance set out in this petition is that private respondents 7 and 8 i.e. Kuldeep Singh and Sandeep Singh, residents of Village Nangla Rai, Tehsil Kairana, District Shamli (Uttar Pradesh) are engaged in illegal mining of the areas within the Revenue Estate of the Village Kundla Mr.Mittal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the Mining Department, Haryana submits that on the complaint of petitioners with regard to the aforesaid allegations, the matter had been enquired into and the competent authorities concerned in the adjoining district in Uttar Pradesh have been RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2020.05.28 15:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP 7487/2020(O&M) requested to take action in accordance with law. He further submits that as far as any alleged violation is concerned within the State of Haryana, appropriate action would be taken after a proper demarcation of the areas in question so as expedite the entire process of identifying the violations, if any. In view of the aforesaid stand of the parties, we are of the view that no further adjudication is required at this stage. The officials concerned would undertake the demarcation of the areas in question at the earliest upon deposit of requisite charges for demarcation by the petitioners.

The petitioners would be disclosed the requisite charges as and when enquired.

Disposed of.
