(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.29 dated 15.03.2017 under Sections 408, 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sector-20, Panchkula, District Panchkula. While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed on 14.06.2018: - "Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and was implicated in the case on the basis of the disclosure statement suffered by one of the co-accused namely Sushil Kumar. It is further submitted that the petitioner, at the time of the alleged occurrence, was doing a job of an Accountant with one Shiny Pharmaceuticals Company having its work office situated at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and there are no VISHNU 2018.09.11 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 14.06.2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sushil Kumar, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.06.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
