Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.266 dated 19.10.2022 under Section 21-C of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station STF, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel on instructions from petitioner submits that present petition be disposed off as not pressed at this stage. 3.
