******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurmail Singh submits that cancellation report was filed in this petition, which was returned by the trial Court for further investigation. After further investigation, cancellation report has again been prepared, which will be filed before the trial Court in due course.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, proxy counsel appearing for learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if needs so arise.
