*** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to refix pay/salary of the petitioner in higher scale and arrears thereof as he had been officiating on higher post. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P-10) within a time bound manner.

Ms. Mayuri Lakhanpal Kalia, DAG, Haryana having been served with an advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent - State and assures the Court that legal notice dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P10) shall be decided by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 5.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
