NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) and take action against respondent No.4.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the representation (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner has been decided and FIR No.0060 dated 04.04.2024 has been registered against respondent No.4-Lovepreet Singh under Sections 376 and 417 IPC at Police Station City Moga. Copy of the FIR is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the counsel opposite.
