R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction for conducting reinvestigation/ inquiry into the matter in the present case through an independent agency or any other District concerned Police Officer, because the police has already investigated the matter in suspicious manner.

The reply was filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 3 that the case was found to be of suicide and no cognizable offence was made out. It was also observed that so far as suicide note is concerned, snubbing of students by the officers of college or university does not make out a case of abetment to commit suicide.

There is also reply from respondents no. 4 to 6. The allegations are mainly against private respondents. The main reliance was placed upon the suicide note. In reply of the State in paragraph no. 3, it was mentioned that suicide note JITENDER KUMAR 2015.08.26 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-25054 of 2014 -2was similar to the handwriting in diary of the deceased with the remarks that no cognizable offence was made out. Some other reasons were also cited which led to suicide of the daughter of complainant.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek alternative remedy of filing private complaint in the court of Magistrate.
