MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.85 dated 13.09.2023 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Garhdiwal, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

This is the second petition filed for grant of anticipatory bail as the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 24.11.2023 and also upheld by Hon'ble the Supreme Court on 15.12.2023 vide Annexure P-9.

No ground is thus made out to entertain the instant petition. 4.

The same, therefore, stands dismissed.
