SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4to 6, parents and brother of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 27.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The year of birth of petitioner No.1-Gurdeep Kaur is 1990 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Gurcharan Singh is 1988 as per copy of Voter Identity Card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 27.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.31 12:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
