Both the applications stand disposed of.    Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute raised herein is identical to the one raised in LPA No. 109 of 2019 and other connected matters, which have been disposed of on 18.03.2019. Thus, it is urged that let this appeal be also disposed of, in terms of the said order. The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 18.03.2019 rendered in LPA No. 109 of 2019 and other connected matters.

For this order is being passed without any formal notice to the respondents to avert any further delay, in the event he is aggrieved in any manner, he shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application in this appeal.
