Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.82, dated 26.04.2015, under Sections 356, 379-A, 379B, 411 and 413 (added lateron) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Kotwali Faridkot, District Faridkot. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2015. Recovery has already been effected from the petitioner. Challan has been presented in the Court. Conclusion of trial may take time. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot.
