There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners despite the fact that the matter has been passed over thrice. On 26.05.2023, the operation of impugned order dated 21.01.2023 whereby the present petitioners have been declared proclaimed persons were ordered to be stayed subject to deposit of costs of Rs.30,000/- to be paid to PGI Poor Patient Fund.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, therefore it appears that they are not interested in pursuing the present petition. Hence, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
