This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 34 dated 10.06.2015 under Sections 326, 325, 323, 324, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Behrampur, district Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 07, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated August 07, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
