(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No. 322 dated 27.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak, on the basis of compromise effected between the parties before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Heard.

In compliance of order dated 15.01.2020, photocopies receipts regarding deposit of costs of `30,000/- duly attested by learned counsel for the petitioners have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
