**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to investigate the matter fairly in FIR No.32 dated 02.04.2016, registered at Police Station Women Police Station Mewat, District Mewat, under Sections 363/366 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act, 1989.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of an affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5, today in the Court, stating therein that after investigation, the cancellation report has been forwarded by the local police on 10.06.2016, which has been sent to the higher police authority to forward the same to the learned Illaqa Magistate for accepatance.

In view of above facts, no further action is required to be taken, at this stage and the present petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the Illaqa Magistrate, in accordance with law.
