ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel fairly point out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated 19.12.2007, passed by this Court in the case of Atma Ram and another v. State of Punjab and another (RFA No. 3370 of 1999) and connected appeals, vide which the appeals filed by the claimants were allowed assessing the market value of the land at Rs. 6,05,000/- per acre and the appeals filed by the State were dismissed. Therefore, it is submitted that in the wake of the said decision, this appeal shall have to be dismissed.

That being so, this appeal is dismissed being covered vide decision rendered by this Court in the case of Atma Ram and another (supra).
