CM-1904-LPA-2025 For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 58 days in filing the appeal is condoned, subject to all just exceptions.

LPA-743-2025 Challenge in the present instant intra Court appeal is to the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby a batch of 41 writ petitions, was disposed of and the workmen were held entitled to enhancement of compensation @ 20% over and above the awarded compensation.

LPA-25-2025 titled as Gurdeep Singh Saini vs. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Gurgaon & anr., arising out of the same order HIMANSHU 2025.03.24 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
