Mr. Sunny K. Singla, Advocate, for the applicant-petitioner RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The applicant-petitioner has filed CRM-27093-2016, seeking permission to withdraw main petition, bearing CRM-M-25928-2016, on the premise that he does not want to pursue the same. On 1.8.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner was ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 6,50,000/- along with Rs. 25,000/- as litigation expenses before the Registry of this Court. Accordingly, this Court ordered that subject to deposit of aforesaid amount, notice of motion be issued for 7.9.2016 and in the meantime, the petitioner shall not be arrested.

Keeping in view the prayer made in the criminal miscellaneous application, the main petition is taken on board for final disposal. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw CRM-M-25928-2016.
