This first petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No.92 dated 05.05.2025, registered under Section(s) 190(3), 190, 115, 118(1), 109(1), 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Faridabad NIT, Faridabad. 2.

Memorandum of appearance on behalf of the complainant has been filed today in the Court and the same is taken on record. 3.

After arguing at some length and upon noticing that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of bail, as prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that even though the final report was filed way back in September-2025, yet the charges have not been framed. She thus prays for direction to the trial Court to take appropriate steps for framing of charge and commencing of the trial as early as possible.
