**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.35 dated 07.03.2024 under Sections 408, 406, 506 and 120-B of IPC registered at P.S. City, Jalalabad District Fazilka, Punjab.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 22.03.2024 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 22.03.2024 is made absolute.
