LPA-748-2025 Challenge in the present instant intra Court appeal is to the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby a batch of 41 writ petitions, was disposed of and the workmen were held entitled to enhancement of compensation @ 20% over and above the awarded compensation.
