Notice of the present petition was issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already disclosed the source of his certificates, which were allegedly found to be forged. He further submits that petitioner himself is a victim in the case. On disclosing the source of alleged forged certificates, a separate FIR has been registered against the persons running the said institute at Bathinda.
