ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present is a fully burnt case. As per the office report, despite best efforts, records of the present appeal could not be reconstructed. A perusal of the papers put up by the Registry shows nothing to discern about the particulars of the parties. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the counsel being informed by the Registry. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
