**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) When none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 23.1.2015 and 10.2.2013, following order was passed by this Court:- "The case has been called twice. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, i.e. 23.1.2015, no one had appeared for the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present case.

Dismissed for want of prosecution."

Thereafter, CRM-5056 of 2015 was moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking restoration of the case and the said application was allowed by this Court, vide order dated 20.2.2015, adjourning the case for 11.3.2015. However, none appeared on behalf of the AMIT KUMAR 2015.04.29 15:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-2505 of 2015 (O&M) petitioner on 11.3.2015 and the case was adjourned to 23.3.2015. Again on 23.3.2015, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today. Similar is the position today. Neither anybody has come present to argue the case, nor any request for pass over has been made.

It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
