M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of HC Neeraj Kumar, informs that the petitioner on the basis of investigation conducted till date has been found innocent.

In view of said circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
