The writ petition is disposed of with a mandamus upon the Punjab State Agriculture Marketing Board to, in accordance with law, issue the contract enlistment certificate, so that therebys the present petitioner can participate in other subject tenders. If possible, the said enlistment be ensured to be done during the course of the day, as the present petitoner has to tender its bid tomorrow.
