Upon notice to the official respondents reply by way of affidavit dated 26.8.2015 of Sh.Manpreet Singh,DSP Sub Division Phagwara,Distt.Kapurthala has been filed.

A perusal of the same reveals that after investigation a cancellation report has been filed and is in the process of being forwarded to the concerned Illaqa Magistrate.
