Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner is vendor of a piece of land qua which there was already a restraint order passed by the trial Court and possibly a decree for specific performance when with an intention to cheat he entered into an agreement to sell dated 22.12.2014 with the present complainant and accepted a sum of Rs.4.40 lacs as earnest money. Such a person, in the circumstances of the case, is not entitled to seek indulgence of this Court.

Dismissed.
