(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in case FIR No.1 dated 03.01.2018 under Sections 420/409 IPC and 3(I)(c), 13(2) of P.C. Act, registered at Police Station A, Amritsar (Punjab). Learned counsel for the State submitted that the challan in the aforementioned FIR has been filed and the matter is slated for framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is behind jail since 04.01.2018 and the investigation is complete. Without commenting upon the merit and demerit of the matter, I deem it appropriate to allow the present criminal petition and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to Yogesh Sharma 2018.06.20 15:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
