At the very outset, it is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the arrears stand paid to the petitioner. It is however submitted that no interest thereupon has been granted. Leaned counsel for the respondents controverts the submissions of the petitioner by submitting that the issue of interest is pending consideration before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the above admitted position, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is disposed of accordingly.
