**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 120 dated 6.10.2015, registered under Sections 354-A IPC and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot . Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had already been allowed bail but he was absent on one date and his bail was cancelled. Non-bailable warrants were issued and he had no intention to delay the trial and he was ready to appear before the trial Court. On the last date, the petitioner was asked to place on record the zimni orders. The record reveals that the witnesses were appearing in the Court but it was the defence side who was seeking adjournments and on the third date, the petitioner had absented from the Court. It appears that the intention was to delay the trial. Petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court.

Crl. Misc. No. M-25999 of 2016 -2laid down in section 438 sub section 2 clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There would be no further default.
