The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 17.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Duty/JMIC, Nuh and order dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh and for releasing the vehicle bearing No. UP-83T-9840 of the petitioner on superdari. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one by raising additional grounds. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
