Both of the petitioners claim themselves to be major. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from them, who are present in court submits that apprehending danger to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents, they approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent no2 by way of representation dated 29.7.2015 (Annexure P-4), but no action thereon is being taken. He further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent no.2 is directed to consider their representation and decide the same at an early date, by taking an appropriate action thereon.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the GREESH SAHNI 2015.07.31 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl.Misc. No.M-25082 of 2015 rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patialarespondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the representation of the petitioners dated 29.7.2015 (Annexure P-4) stated to have been submitted by the petitioners, including the threat perception raised by the petitioners and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent no.2 is further directed to pass an interim order, if he think it appropriate in the circumstances of the case, so as to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no.4 to 6. With the above said observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
