The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to comply with Clause 22 (b) of Custom Milling Policy for Kharif Marketing Season 202324. 2.

The petitioner is claiming that respondents are not providing storage space in the manner prescribed under Clause 22(b) of the Custom Milling Policy for Kharif Marketing Season 2023-24. It has made representation to the respondents but to no avail. 3.
