(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to provide security for the life, liberty and property of the petitioner to which he apprehends danger from respondents No.4 and 5, in order to run the business of M/s Chamkaur Agency of which petitioner is the sole proprietor and respondents No.4 and 5 are trying to usurp the same by forging the documents.

I need not dilate upon the facts of this case in detail, however, facts relevant for the disposal of this petition are to the effect that petitioner is claiming to be the dealer of HP gas distributorship at RAVINDER SINGH 2015.03.04 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

No. M-27888 of 2013 Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar on the basis of appointment letter dated 30.06.2004 (Annexure P-1) whereby he was authorized to act as HP gas distributor at Chamkaur Sahib under SC Category, Marketing Plan 1999-2000. Thereafter, vide letter dated 03.04.2012 (Annexure P2) the application of the petitioner regarding reconstitution of the commissioned distributorship for induction of respondent No.4 - Vipin Pal as a partner with 49% share in the M/s Chamkaur Gas Service, was rejected.

From the perusal of record it is clear that it is a dispute with regard to share, which can ultimately be decided by the civil Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise this issue before the competent forum/Court, including filing of civil suit.
