The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) given by the petitioner-complainant and also for addition of Sections 379-A and 452 of the IPC in FIR No. 06, dated 07.01.2024, under Sections 323, 354 and 506 of the IPC read with Section 34 thereof, registered at Police Station City Nuh, District Mewat, which was registered at the instance of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Saroj submits that respondents No. 4 and 5 have been arrested and investigation is still pending. He further submits that the said representation dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) shall be decided within a period of four weeks. 3.

Keeping in view the statement given by learned State counsel today in Court, the present petition is disposed of accordingly. 4.

However, it is made clear that the State shall remain bound by its statement given in Court today.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
