ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.131 dated 29.05.2018, registered under Sections 61/1/14 of the Excise Act, at Police Station Nakodar, Jalandhar. The operative part of the order dated 15.06.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR was registered on a secret information and thereafter by raiding the house of the petitioners who are husband and wife, 04 plastic bags containing 168 bottles of liquor were recovered.

Counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners are not involved in any other case and have been falsely implicated.

CRM-M No.26092 of 2018 pursuance to the order dated 15.06.2018, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Bahadur Lal, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 15.06.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
