Prithvi Singh v. State Of Haryana
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-25144 of 2017 Date of Decision: 02.08.2017 Prithvi Singh ....Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana ....Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present: - Mr. Gaurav Mohunta, Advocate, for the petitioner. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent-State to take appropriate action in case FIR No.552 dated 09.07.2016 (Annexure P-4) under Section 420 IPC (Sections 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Hisar Sadar, District Hisar.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose can be achieved, if Senior Superintendent of Police, Hisar, is directed to decide the representation dated 06.06.2017 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner before her within a time-bound manner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2017 (Annexure P-6) after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
