(Oral) Counsel for the applicant submits that since the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred, has been dismissed in default and no application for restoration of the same, has been filed, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to revive the same, in the eventuality of the restoration of the case, before learned trial Court.
