***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.421 dated 28.06.2015, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Fatehabad.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 31.07.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that no specific injury has been attributed to the petitioner. He further submits that injury which falls within ambit of Section 307 IPC has been attributed to the non-applicant.

He shall join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer. He shall also comply with the other conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. "

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Hanuman Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
