Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 3 & 4 to take legal action on the enquiry report dated 13.6.2016 (Annexure P6) conducted by Superintendent of Police, Investigation, Amritsar Rural. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that earlier also he has to file a petition i.e. CRM-M-43174-2014 (Annexure P3) and this Court passed the order thereby directing respondent No.2-Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar to look into the representation and on the basis thereof, enquiry report dated 13.6.2017 was submitted and still no action is being taken.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, is directed to look into the enquiry report dated 13.6.2017 (Annexure P6) and take required action, if any, as per law.
