RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate direction to respondents no.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner by calling him to the police Station time and again and further directing official respondents to follow the procedure under Section 41(a) and 160 Cr.P.C. It is further prayed to issue direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation, dated 18.03.2023, Annexure P-1, and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents no.3 to 5. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 18.03.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to respondents no.1 and 2 only. On asking of the Court, Mr.

Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Commissioner of MEENU 2023.03.
