ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint case No.2944 of 2016 dated 14.06.2016 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 15.06.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 05.07.2018 and has handed over 02 demand drafts amounting to Rs.30,000/- and Rs.50,000/-, respectively, in favour of the complainant and thereafter, he is regularly appearing before the trial Court.

This fact is not disputed by counsel for the complainant. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.06.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
