**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of the above two petitions where the prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 57 of 20.07.2015, under Section 406/498-A IPC, registered at P.S. Women Cell, Amritsar, District Amritsar. Learned State counsel at the very outset submits that the petitioners joined investigation on 18.03.2016 and 30.05.2016. Crl. Misc. No. M-2604 and 4041 of 2016 -205 tolas of gold and one motorcycle is still to be effected. A bare perusal of the F.I.R shows that the sister of the complainant had fled away with the petitioner-Jaskaran Singh and on this pretext the complainant has lodged the present F.I.R. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to order dated 18.06.2015 (P-3) whereby sister of the complainant sought protection from this Court, as she performed marriage with the brother of the petitioner-Jaskaran Singh Learned State counsel has not disputed the above said fact. Keeping in view the fact that the dispute is between close family relations, orders dated 25.01.2016 (in CRM-M-2604) and order dated 04.02.2016 (in CRM-M-4041 of 2016) passed by this Court are made absolute, subject to the condition that petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of. 20.12.2016 (RITU BAHRI) G Arora JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes Whether reportable No GAURAV ARORA 2016.12.22 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
