*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Appeal was filed in the year 2019 and case has been listed for hearing for the first time after a gap of more than 3 years. On a Court query, as to whether the judgment and decree stands satisfied since there has been no stay on the same, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not in touch with his client and in fact he is unable to assist for lack of instructions.
